We provide a combination of gentle prompts, poses, and flexibility for those genuinely adorable moments. Throughout the session, we offer plenty of encouraging and affirming words – ‘YASSS!!!’, ‘SO PERFECT!!’, ‘KEEP DOING THAT!!!!’ – to keep the energy high and eliminate any awkwardness.

Nevertheless, we approach posing with the understanding that you are not models or mannequins, and we certainly don’t want the experience to feel like a game of Twister (revealing my age here). Our Editing Style

The editing process plays a vital role in perfecting your pre wedding photographs. It cannot transform a poor photograph into a great one. But it can undoubtedly elevate the overall finesse and professionalism of your pre wedding images, ensuring they stand out from casual smartphone snapshots.

Our team’s editing style leans towards a naturalistic approach. We invite you to browse through our final pre wedding galleries to witness firsthand how this style enhances photos across various settings and lighting conditions.

Over the years, we have observed numerous editing trends emerge and fade out, some becoming cringe-worthy over time. We aim to steer clear of trends that may not withstand the test of time, ensuring you won’t find yourself cringing at your pre wedding photos years down the line.

Instead of following transient trends, our focus remains on meticulous attention to detail, maintaining consistency, and preserving the authenticity of each captured moment. This dedication includes meticulously removing background distractions (such as unwanted guests) that could otherwise detract from the beauty of your photographs.

Duration of Shoots

We have honed the art of pre wedding photography over the years, and in our experience, we find that a duration of 1.5 hours is ideal. We understand that some couples might inquire about extended, all-day shoots, but we offer such extensive sessions only when travelling out of the metropolitan towns in India like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata. 🙂

If needed, additional time can be added in half-hour increments, especially when covering multiple locations to ensure each receives proper attention. However, we have found that the optimal duration generally maxes out at around 2 hours!

Wondering why? While it may seem like a pleasant idea at first (perhaps to some), there is a limit to how long one can sustain a genuine smile and engagement without feeling fatigued. We believe that beyond a certain point, it becomes tedious, repetitive, and ultimately counterproductive.

Although an hours-long shoot might sound enticing, it tends to become prohibitively expensive, monotonous, and a misallocation of time – perhaps a little too spicy? 🌶️🌶️🌶️ Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring that you receive maximum value from your pre wedding photography experience. 🍿

Preferred Timing

Photography revolves around lighting, and we cannot stress this enough. While it’s possible to capture some creative shots under harsh midday sun, we aim to schedule our pre wedding photography sessions during the most optimal lighting conditions. We already have enough to contend with on wedding days. 😭 (seriously, it’s a struggle)

Jokes aside, it’s crucial to conduct the pre wedding photo session during the best available lighting. Here’s our Super Secret Formula™ for determining the ideal start time:

First, determine the sunset time on your chosen day (easily found on Google). Then, subtract 2 hours from this time.

WOOHOO!

For beach shoots in India, add an extra half-hour.
However, in locations where trees, ridges, or buildings obstruct the horizon, you may need to subtract a half-hour or even more.
While sunrise could be an option, please understand that most of couples are not exactly morning people, so let’s stick to sunset, shall we?

However, we can shoot anywhere you like! From the majestic Himalayas, forts of Rajasthan, a serene beach in Goa, the carnival during festivals, bustling streets of Delhi, your ancestral village… India offers too many options to choose from!

Our timing for the pre-wedding shoot in Rishikesh, India couldn’t have been more perfect! The weekend we chose to capture their special moments coincided with the River Ganga showing off its absolute best. Despite the cold and windy weather, these two were true troopers. They didn’t let anything stop them from getting incredible photos. From start to finish, this shoot was nothing short of perfection!
